Most people assume that their possessions are passed on to their wife and children, however this is not necessarily the case. He may suggest alternatives. When you are completly happy, he will fill in an instruction form. A will is then drafted, and we will help you sign and witness it, after which it becomes legally binding. Circumstances change so we can also help with future alterations - just call us and we will update the will for you with your new wishes.

We do not offer an online will service, because we felt that we could not offer the same level as service or advice as we do face to face. Nor do we make "do-it-yourself" will packs. These can be as much trouble as not having a will in the first place!

We can store your will for you for a small annual fee, which most people choose to do. This can be invaluable. There is no need to worry about losing your will, and more importantly your executor can contact us when the time comes, and we will provide support, helping them through what they need to do next.
