There's no VAT to add to any of these prices.
Everyone who uses our service will see a qualified will writer (either
myself or my son), at your home at a time to suit you, day or evening. We
usually take a couple of hours to talk about your circumstances, and draw up
exactly the right will for you. About 75% of our wills are the basic mirror
will, which includes:
- Trusts for each of your children
- Appointment of guardians
- Appointment of trustees
- Appointment of executors
- Advice on inheritance tax planning
- Advice on protecting your home from care fees
- Advice on business trusts
- Advice on disabled children's trusts
- Any other advice on matters relating to wills and probate as appropriate
