Trinity Will Writers is a family company based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Most of our clients live within a 45 mile radius of the town, but we have thousands of satisfied customers across England and Wales.

I started the company as I worked for other companies in the Will writing field and thought we could provide a better service. Our business falls into two main categories:

• People who we see face to face, either at our office or in their own home
• People who have the same personal service, but over the phone

Our philosophy is to offer a personal service either face to face or over the phone tailored to each of our client's needs, but still give excellent value for money.

We specialise in writing and storing Wills and related documents. We never try to sell you insurance, or other expensive services.

We charge a fixed fee for a basic Will, but this doesn't mean a basic service. We don't cut corners (as is the case with some companies) or look for fees after your death.

There is no law in the UK requiring willwriters to be qualified, insured or registered to any kind of professional body, but our advisors have passed the examinations of and belong to the Institute of Professional Willwriters. Every Will we write is insured for £2 million.
